Villa Mirage Prices
We want to make your booking process as simple as possible! Our rates range from €270 to €490 per night, depending on the season (Low or High Season). To ensure you get the most accurate price for your stay, please send us your request so we can provide you with a detailed offer and the best available pricing options.
All our rates include all applicable taxes, with the exception of the Climate Resilience Fee of 15€ per night, which is charged extra.
We offer two straightforward booking categories to suit your needs, a detailed breakdown of all costs will be provided with your booking confirmation.
Standard Rate Payment Policy:
- 50% Deposit: A deposit of 50% is required to confirm your booking.
- 50% Final Balance: Due 30 days before arrival.
- Note: For bookings within 30 days, 100% is charged upon confirmation.
Standard Rate Cancellation Policy: Guests are entitled to a full refund of the deposit for cancellations made 30 days or more before the arrival date, with any bank fees or transaction charges being the sole responsibility of the guest. In the event of a cancellation within less than 30 days of the arrival date, or in the case of a no-show, the total reservation amount (100%) is non-refundable and will be retained as a cancellation fee.
Non-Refundable Rate: This is our most budget-friendly option, ideal for firm travel dates. For reservations under this rate, the total amount of the stay is required as a deposit at the time of booking. Please note that this rate is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable; in case of cancellation, modification, or no-show, the full payment is retained by the property.
