Terms and Conditions

1. Booking & Capacity

  • Maximum Occupancy: The villa accommodates up to 4 guests (2 bedrooms).
  • Booking Confirmation: A reservation is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment as specified during the booking process.

2. Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in: From 15:00 (3:00 PM).
  • Check-out: By 11:00 (11:00 AM).
  • Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and may incur extra charges.

3. Housekeeping Policy

  • Stays of 4+ nights: Cleaning and linen/towel changes are provided every four days to ensure guest privacy.
  • Stays of up to 3 nights: Housekeeping services are not provided during the stay.

4. Guest Responsibilities & Rules

  • Smoking: Not allowed inside the villa.
  • Pets: Please contact the property in advance to inquire about pet policies.
  • Pool Safety: Guests use the private pool at their own risk. Children must be supervised at all times.
  • Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property or its amenities during their stay.

5. Amenities & Services

  • Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi and private parking are provided.
  • Air conditioning should be turned off when guests are away from the villa to conserve energy.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Specific cancellation terms (refund percentages and deadlines) depend on the selected rate and booking date. Please refer to your booking confirmation email for details.
