Terms and Conditions

1. Booking & Capacity

Maximum Occupancy: The villa accommodates up to 7 guests (4 bedrooms).
Booking Confirmation: A reservation is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment as specified during the booking process.

2. Check-in & Check-out

Check-in: From 15:00 (3:00 PM).
Check-out: By 11:00 (11:00 AM).
Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and may incur extra charges.

3. Housekeeping Policy

Stays of 4+ nights: Cleaning and linen/towel changes are provided every four days to ensure guest privacy.
Stays of up to 3 nights: Housekeeping services are not provided during the stay.

4. Guest Responsibilities & Rules

Smoking: Not allowed inside the villa.
Pets: Please contact the property in advance to inquire about pet policies.
Pool Safety: Guests use the private pool at their own risk. Children must be supervised at all times.
Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property or its amenities during their stay.

5. Amenities & Services

Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi and private parking are provided.
Air conditioning should be turned off when guests are away from the villa to conserve energy.

6. Cancellation Policy

Specific cancellation terms (refund percentages and deadlines) depend on the selected rate and booking date. Please refer to your booking confirmation email for details.

Official Management: This website is operated by the official booking managers of Villa Karavos Waterfront. We act as intermediaries, managing reservations on behalf of the property owner.
Direct Payments: All financial transactions regarding your booking are conducted directly between the guest and the property owner.
Payment Procedure: Following our guidance and confirmation of your request, payments must be deposited into the property owner’s official bank account. Our role is to facilitate the communication and ensure the booking process is completed smoothly.
